My coaching is focused on improving strength, confidence, and quality of movement, no matter your starting point.
I bring a strong evidence-based approach to coaching, combining a BSc (Hons) in Sport & Exercise Science, Level 3 Personal Training, and certified general and plant-based nutrition coaching to deliver results-driven, sustainable training and nutrition support.
